We recently started on a project called BEST. BEST means "Boosting Engineering, Science, and Technology". BEST is sponsored by National Aeronautics and Space Administration also known as "NASA". The theme of BEST this year is 2021: A Robot Odyssey. In this project, our goal is to build a robot and to create that robot with the parts that have been given to us by the BEST organization. We are doing this because it helps us in our science and math applications. We want to show the world a private school is capable of doing just as well as a public school and to challenge ourselves to something more difficult. We started this project at Auburn on kickoff day on September 9th. We have four weeks until Mall Day and six weeks until Game Day. BEST is a robot building project and takes teamwork to make it all happen. The teams are as follows: Display, Promotion, Engineering, Research, Graphics and Publication, Spirit, and Web Design. We have started building the robot, but we have much more to accomplish. In the future, we hope to win the BEST competition and to have many more years of success.
